Neal,
You have a misunderstanding here. You don't have to download the
*torrent*. You already have it, this wouldn't make sense. You have to
download the personalised .torrent file, the small blueprint file, to
get the seed going. Go to your User CP, and there to the torrent details
page. Save the .torrent file on your harddrive, and then open it in the
bittorrent client for seeding. Additionally, you have to make sure your
bt client is set to ask for download location each time (in the
preferences), and when the bt client asks you to pick a download
location, pick the folder that contains your torrent folder.
...and I say "Huh!!?"

Hi, when you saw the page where you read "successfully uploaded the torrent" you have to wait few seconds and you will see a .torrent file you will have to download, he will have the same name as the one you uploaded, just download it, then do what you do with him what you do with any .torrent you downloaded on Dime (open it on you torrent client) but as you already have the clinics on you PC you client gonna start to seed it.
Be sure to have placed the folder with you clinic on the same folder you found on you PC all the DVD or CD you downloaded from Dime with you client
If you need more help don't hesitate to ask
To reply to the question you asked the guy on Dime Yes you ratio will grown with you seeding, it's how Dime work
